LARGE DIAMETER PIPE

In our major plate rolling and steel pipe fabrication and manufacturing facilities, we fabricate large diameter pipe from carbon steel, stainless steel, jessop, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, carpenter, aluminum, nickel alloys or abrasion resistant steel in any size or shape for the power generation, chemical and water treatment industries.

We specialize in oversized and overweight large diameter pipe in a broad range of sizes and offer CAD design, drafting, engineering and other technical resources for your project. Our products are delivered on-time and come with a one-year warranty.

By using a technique called plate rolling (also called roll forming or steel rolling), we bend steel and metal to the desired radius, up to 360 degrees, and weld the seam to form large diameter pipes. Because rolling requires less setup and uses pre-made dies, the cost is less than that of other steel bending and forming methods.

We fabricate welded steel pipe designed to meet or exceed the requirements of the applicable AWWA and ASTM standards. Our welded steel pipes are used for carrying gas and liquids under high pressure; used as piling pipes for large bridges, ports and foundations of municipal constructions; and used to produce parts for other critical applications.

We perform several types of pipe testing as required, including radiography, magnetic particle, Charpy impact, vacuum, holiday/dry-film thickness, ultrasonic, tensile, pressure, hydro, dye and liquid penetrate, Brinell hardness, air, heat treatment or visual.

Various paint, coatings and linings are available for our large diameter pipe customers as well. They include epoxy, vinyl, enamel, rubber lining, coal tar, alkyd, zinc, cast urethane, chromates, silicates, phenolic and urethane.
