Our certified welding capabilities include SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW and SAW. We can also build products to the requirements of the Underwriters Laboratories UL 142, AWS and API.
We calculate, assemble and extensively test each of our ASME pressure vessels and autoclaves to guarantee they conform to your project specifications and ASME standards. Our testing includes radiography, magnetic particle, Charpy impact, vacuum, holiday/dry-film thickness, ultrasonic, tensile, pressure, hydro, dye and liquid penetrate, Brinell hardness, air, heat treatment and visual testing.
We apply various types of painting, coatings and linings to your ASME pressure vessels and autoclaves, including epoxy, vinyl, enamel, rubber lining, coal tar, alkyd, zinc, cast urethane, chromates, silicates, phenolic and urethane.
