FABRICATED HEAVY WELDED DUCTWORK AND EXHAUST STACKS
Dixie-Southern fabricates square and cylindrical carbon and stainless ductwork and exhaust stacks for customers across the power industry. Typical ductwork and steel stack projects include coal power plant retrofit and air quality control applications related to simple and combined cycle, FGD and SCR systems.
Our Florida facility is located less than 40 miles from two major shipping ports, providing barge access when necessary and allowing for oversized ductwork assembly and shipping capabilities. Our Arkansas facility includes a rail spur that allows for oversized shipments to almost any North American location.
Our quality control process and experience as a fabricator of large steel duct assemblies make us a valuable addition to any project of any size. Our capabilities include AutoCAD, 3D modeling, full service on-site coatings, linings and wallpapering, post weld heat treat and on-site NDT. We are an ASME U, U2, R & S code shop.
