Our Structural Steel Fabrication Process
Our fabricated structural steel is widely used in the construction industry and involves a series of steps which include:
BIM Modeling to create shop drawings and derive CNC data for structural members and detail components
CNC Processing of structural members and detail components
Precision fit-up in accordance with shop detail drawings
AWS Certified Welders
Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Features
We continually assess and implement the latest in BIM Software and CNC Fabrication Technologies, assuring our valued clients high-quality, competitively priced fabricated structural steel products.
Structural steel is easily recyclable and is, therefore, an environmentally-friendly option. We have taken steps towards the conservation of our environment and are reducing our carbon footprint with structural steel fabrication.
Structural steel is a highly durable and corrosion-resistant material. It is relatively lighter than other building materials which makes it an excellent choice for construction. Well-constructed buildings with structural steel have a minimum shelf life of about 20-30 years, if well maintained.
Our structural steel is cost-effective when compared to other metals and the components of structural steel are easy to install after fabrication. With increased efficiency in the installation process, a considerable amount of money and time is saved.

We utilize a variety of structural steel shapes specified by our clients. We have a variety of structural steel designs that we provide for our customers. If one of our designs does not fit with your project, we will happily accept any custom structural steel designs to fit your specific needs.
A W-beam or a wide flange beam, comes in a wide variety of sizes from 4" tall to 44" tall. This steel beam type has a beam wedge and beam flanges. The flanges are the top and bottom members of the structure, while the web is the vertical member that holds the two flanges together. Each of the three members that create the beam are flat and straight. These beams are commonly used in commercial construction to span between columns and help support the load of the building.
Steel American Standard Beam
The American standard beam has a rolled section with two parallel flanges, all connected by a web. The designation of the S-shaped beam gives the builder information about each unit’s width and weight.
An I-beam, also known as an H-beam or a universal beam, has two horizontal elements. The web is capable of resisting shear forces, while the horizontal flanges resist most of the beam’s bending movement. We endorse this beam frequently to our customers because of its variety of sizes it offers for the construction industry.
Steel Channel (C-Shaped)
Structural C-channels, or C-beams, have a C-shaped cross-section. We utilize C-shaped beams because they are cost-effective solutions and were originally designed for bridges. These are most popular for use in marine piers and other building applications.
Steel Angle (L-Shaped)
Angle beams take an L-shape, with two legs that come together at a 90-degree angle. They come in equal or unequal leg sizes. The L-beams are best used in floor systems because of the reduced structural depth.
Steel Tee Beam
A tee beam, or T-beam, is a load-bearing beam with a T-shaped cross-section. It does, however, pose some disadvantages, but there are ways to make it more structurally efficient. Our fabricated tee beams can withstand large loads when making the T-beam inverted and pairing it with a floor slab or bridge deck that joins the two together.
Steel Hollow Steel Section (HSS)
HSS is a metal profile that has a hollow, tubular cross-section. It can be square, rectangular, circular, or elliptical.
Our structural steel pipes are important for a variety of construction applications, lending strength, and stability. The pipes are hollow, cylindrical tubes that come in a variety of sizes and are often used to meet the needs of water, oil, and gas industry projects.
